A Birth Anniversary celebration of Baya Karve was conducted on Thursday, 5th June 2025. Programme began with the worship and floral tribute to the image of Baya Karve, performed by Principal Mrs. Vidya Rao and the supervisors.
The information about Baya Karve’s contribution and dedication to women’s education and social reform, was shared by Head mistress and supervisor with the resolution to continue the same legacy.
Following this, Madhavi Teacher shared her personal experience while reading “Maze Puran”, a book that narrates the life journey and struggles of Baya Karve.
In conclusion the event was meaningful and successful spreading awareness about a great social reformer and inspiring both teachers and students.
