Event -Guruvandana Divas

On 4th September, Teacher’s Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in the school. On this special occasion, the role of teachers was played by the students of Class 10th and classroom teaching was conducted by them, while the teachers took on the role of students and presented the morning assembly.
All the teachers were honoured with flowers by the H.M Mrs. Vidya Rao. In the afternoon, a special program was organized in the Satyavati Joshi Auditorium.
The program was attended by Adv. Prabhakar Sonpatki, Chairman of the Wai Project, school committee members Mr. Joshi, Mr. Korde, Mr. Shinde, Mrs. Kane, Mrs. Shevde, the H.M Mrs.Vidya Rao, Supervisor Mrs. Aparna Sapkal, all teachers, students, and non-teaching staff.
The program was initiated with Saraswati Poojan. Following this, the introductory speech was delivered by the Student Principal of the Day, Hitanshi Mahadik. Then, speeches and poems were presented by the students.
After that, meritorious students were felicitated. They were honoured with mementos and certificates.
In his presidential address, Adv. Prabhakar Sonpatki sir explained the importance of teacher-student interaction through a story, and the message was effectively conveyed to the students.
At the end of the program, the institute’s representatives, Mr. Chandrashekhar Kulkarni and Mr. Sadanand Kulkarni, personally visited the school and presented the book "Mazi Paaypeet" to all the teachers as a Teacher’s Day gift.
Due to the enthusiastic participation and performances by students and teachers, a joyful and festive atmosphere was created in the auditorium.
The program was concluded with a vote of thanks.
